The CNP Integrations "Fine Tuning CRM" package is specifically designed for the organization that already has executed an in-house strategic plan and is looking toward a Certified CRM Consultant for verification and pre-deployment suggestions. This program is available both as a  remote session or an on-site session.

This package provides;

Elements:

  • One consulting session either in person or by phone. This session will cover your current strategies, tactics and goals. Input on how those strategies can best be implemented for your desired customer focus.
  • A deliverable of a written recommendation outlining the elements of a compelling and executable plan.
Time frame: Two weeks.
 

 

 Leveraging CRM

The CNP Integrations "Leveraging CRM" package is specifically designed for the organization looking to utilize the robust features of info@hand to enhance and promote their existing Marketing and Sales plans and promotions.

This program is available both as a remote session or as an on-site session.

This package provides;

Elements:
  • In-person or phone session to review how client will use info@hand to capture customer information, watch for trends, create more personalized 1-to-1 marketing messages, pull lists based on level of activity and types of various marketing messages to send such as email campaigns, etc.
  • A deliverable of a written recommendation/report provides suggestions of how to change and utilize data captured from customers and what reports to review that will trigger marketing activity. Additonally, what metrics to watch (dashboard) over time that will provide insight as to the overall business health and marketing effectiveness as well as how to segment lists to get at more personalized messages by customer type, etc.
Time frame:  Three weeks.

 

 CRM Performance

The CNP Integrations "CRM Performance" package is specifically designed for the organization looking to collaborate with a Certified CRM Consultant on a basic review of the client's business goals and strategies and how to utilize info@hand to collect and measure the clients KPI's (Key Performance Indicators) to streamline internal and external customer processes as a result.

This program is available both as a remote session or as an on-site session.

This package provides;

Elements:

  • In-person or phone coaching session to review business goals, strategies, how they anticipate to use info@hand to impact KPIs (key performance indicators), what services they will use in info@hand and how they are going to streamline internal and customer processes as a result.
  • Discussion of what metrics can be impacted both in the short- and long-term with info@hand. Talk about how to measure and what matters most to customers.
  • Deliverables include a written report discussing how to track the short and long-term impact of info@hand on their business. Write up the substance of the coaching session and add in any additional recommendations.

Time frame:  One to two weeks.

    

 

 Team Adoption

The CNP Integrations "CRM Team Adoption" package is specifically designed for the organization that is adopting CRM for the first time or for the client that has attempted a prior CRM implementation and failed. As most if not all CRM experts would confirm, implementing a CRM system is a business philosophy not just a software tool. "Buy-in" from all levels of the organization, from the top down, is critical to the success of a CRM deployment. This package provides a starting point to assist the client with the critical and necessary employee adoption (not training related but culture and adoption focused) and roll-out support.

This program is available both as a remote session or as an on-site session.

This package provides;

Elements:

  • Phone coaching meeting with management about employee workload, engagement and other key issues that might impact the adoption and regular use of info@hand.  Review options to streamline work, how to reinforce info@hand efforts, purpose and effectiveness for the business. How to address info@hand use and importance in regular employee meetings and in one on one situations to echo its importance.
  • Written summary of coaching session with highlights and recommendations clearly spelled out.
  • Deliverables include a wrritten outline of suggestions (from coaching session) about what strategies to use, messages to use and how often to talk about info@hand and its use and contribution to the business.

Time frame:  One to two weeks.
