This package is an ideal choice for the customer that wants a dedicated server to run domain access to IAH or to potentially to use for other corporate web properties. The client is in complete control of this server though we maintian and monitor it for you. CNP Integrations recommends Aplus.net and is a user of Aplus.net servers. However we can offer these services to most dedicated providers. In this package, the client selects an Aplus.net dedicated server package as outlined below and CNP Integrations custom server configurations and larger amounts of HDD storage for multi media or document handling from within IAH.

Note: This solution requires the client to purchase a SSL Certificate in order to install the optional InfoAtHand QuickBooks Module.

*Any issues identified during monitoring and backup will be communicated to the client. Technical support is not included in the Hosting rates and are either billed hourly at CNP Integrations posted rates (pre-approved by the client before any service begins) or Monthly Maintenance and Support Contracts are available through CNP Integrations.

 Our initial set up and configuration of your dedicated server includes the following:

1. New server, there is a PLESK install default, by APLUS, which is just a default install (billed by aplus.net).

2. Configure MySQL (optimize)

3. Some security things on Level 1.

4. FTP passive port enable

5. mod_suphp for Joomla, IAH etc

6. Power Toys install (additional 19USD)

Info At Hand Annual Upgrade and Technical Support Service Agreement:                         $2,400 per yr

• or $225 per month (Annual or quarterly payment saves $300). Support Service Agreement covers installation and configuration of IAH upgrades and 2 hrs per month technical or phone support. This agreement does not cover system backups security monitoring, training or configuration support.
• Additional houlry support is billed at $75 per hr.

Our annual IAH support and service maintinance agreements allow you to reveive the baseline support required to upgrade and monitor and report issue resolutions and bug reporting. This agreement combined with our other training and hourly technical support will give you the peace of mind and timely response for manageing your mission critical data and supporting your workforce.
